Our Story at Brooke Supplies

We are a family-run business, established in 2008 as a pet and hardware shop in the Flookburgh. Since our founding, Brooke Supplies has focused on providing helpful services, down-to-earth advice and being an active part of our local community.

In 2021, we purchased the garden centre in Cark-in-Cartmel and opened in Spring 2022, following extensive refurbishment, to expand our range while maintaining our personal touch. We remain committed to helping our valued customers with practical knowledge and friendly service in everything we do.

Our hardware shop stocks a practical selection of tools, fixings, fencing, compost, and seasonal supplies for all your DIY and garden projects. We aim to provide clear, calm advice and reliable products to help you succeed in the garden and around the home. We also offer on site key cutting while you wait. Local Delivery Available

We offer a convenient delivery service within the local area for a small charge. Whether you're purchasing heavy bags of compost, large garden supplies, or bulky hardware/pet items, our team is here to help get them safely to your home. In the Garden Cafe

Relax in our “In the Garden” cafe, where you can enjoy fresh homemade cakes, bakes and scones, delicious hot meals, light lunches, and hot drinks.

Our friendly team are ready to welcome you and allow you to unwind during your visit, enjoying the airy feel and warm atmosphere.

We use local suppliers and make all our produce fresh, in house.

We welcome well-behaved dogs (and their owners) - why not pick them up a treat too to enjoy during your visit?
